Overhead wire-rope pneumatic air balancers that neutralize component weight in true zero-gravity float mode—allowing operators to lift, lower, and align 30 kg to 600 kg parts directly with both hands at high cycle speeds and 100% continuous duty cycle.
Unlike standard chain hoists that jerk when jogging up and down—or spring balancers limited to light hand tools—an Ovity Zero-Gravity Pneumatic Air Balancer uses a precision-regulated cushion of compressed air inside its drum cylinder to counter-balance the exact weight of the suspended load.
Once the load is balanced in float mode, the operator simply grasps the part or fixture directly with both hands and guides it up, down, or sideways with less than 0.5 kg of effort. It is the ideal ergonomic solution for high-frequency automotive sub-assembly, wheel and tyre mounting, seat loading, gearbox housing alignment, and CNC machining cell tending across Malaysia.
Ovity's 100% pneumatic balancers, air hoists, KH Track rails, and mechanical reaction arms operate reliably in Malaysia's high shop-floor heat and humidity, require zero expensive imported servo drives or PCB boards, and are supported directly by our Puchong engineering and fabrication team.
