Standard electric chain hoists are restricted by 25% to 40% duty-cycle ratings—meaning frequent starts, rapid jogging, and high ambient temperatures on Malaysian factory floors quickly trip thermal cutouts or burn out motor windings. Electric contactors are also prohibited or costly to certify inside hazardous paint shops, solvent booths, chemical plants, and oil & gas facilities.

Driven by self-cooling rotary-vane or radial-piston air motors, our pneumatic hoists run at a 100% continuous duty cycle without overheating, while proportional valve controls allow operators to lift rapidly and creep heavy engines, stamping dies, and battery packs into place with millimetre precision.
Ovity's 100% pneumatic balancers, air hoists, KH Track rails, and mechanical reaction arms operate reliably in Malaysia's high shop-floor heat and humidity, require zero expensive imported servo drives or PCB boards, and are supported directly by our Puchong engineering and fabrication team.
Every Ovity system is engineered and supported from Puchong, Selangor around your payload (kg), torque (Nm), overhead span, conveyor height, and cycle-time requirements.
