An air balancer, air hoist, or pneumatic manipulator is only as ergonomic as the overhead runway carrying it. Traditional heavy I-beam cranes have high starting friction that forces operators to push and pull hundreds of kilograms of dead weight sideways along a moving vehicle conveyor.

Bhd. supplies, engineers, and installs complete KH Track overhead enclosed light-track rail systems (in both high-strength cold-formed steel and anodised aluminium profiles) from our facility in Puchong, Selangor. Enclosed C-track lips shield the internal running surface from factory dust, weld spatter, and oil mist, while sealed ball-bearing load trolleys deliver effortless two-finger horizontal movement with rolling resistance under 1% of the suspended payload.
Ovity's 100% pneumatic balancers, air hoists, KH Track rails, and mechanical reaction arms operate reliably in Malaysia's high shop-floor heat and humidity, require zero expensive imported servo drives or PCB boards, and are supported directly by our Puchong engineering and fabrication team.
